 Working By Referral Philosophy...

       My name is Ryan Bishop, and I've been selling Real Estate in Spokane for the past 15 years.  Just over 4 years ago, I decided it was either time to get out of the business, or start Working Exclusively By Referral.  I'm happy to say, that after changing my mindset to taking world class care of my current and past clients, instead of running all of those silly ads, placing ugly yellow signs all over town, and using an 800 hotline to capture people's phone number, my business and the quality of my family life has sky-rocketed!

      Most Realtors spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business – doing things like: Cold Calling, Door Knocking, Advertising, Direct Mail, etc…

I don’t do any of that. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction.  Instead of calling people who don't know me, or trust me, I call my current and past clients with tips like: interest rates have dropped to 4.65% so it's a good time to refinance and save money every month!  All I ask is that while I’m working for you, I would like you to refer me to people of comparable quality to yourself, who are thinking of the type of service I provide, and who would appreciate this same level of attention.

You see, as long as you and my other clients keep referring me, I don’t have to go out prospecting like everyone else and I can do an even better job working for you.   Does that make sense?

In tougher economic times like we are experiencing right now, you need an experienced Realtor on your side, to be your consultant, and guide you through the maze.  If you are a Seller, and owe more on your home than what current market value is, no problem.  I will help sell your home through the short sale process, before you lose it to Foreclosure.

On the other hand if you are a Buyer, I will put my 15+ years of negotiating skills to work for you, to make sure you get the most home you can buy for your hard earned dollar.  If you are a first time homebuyer, or if you have not owned a home in the last 3 years, I have great news about a Tax Credit of up to $7,500 you may qualify for! 

In 2008 I have listed and sold homes from under $100,000 up to $1,425,000 and just about everything in-between.
